This policy explains what information Harmonized Strategies collects through this website, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Information I collect
When you submit a consultation intake form, I collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, professional background, target roles or company details, and anything you choose to share in the open fields. If you become a client, I collect the additional information needed to support your engagement.
How your information is used
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare for our consultation, evaluate fit, and — if we work together — deliver the services described in your service agreement. I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising.
Who it is shared with
Information is shared only where necessary to deliver the service: with employers, recruiters, or platforms in connection with opportunities you have approved, and with the service providers that host this website, its database, email delivery, and payment processing. Those providers process information on my behalf.
How it is protected
Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. Intake records are not publicly readable and are visible only to me as the site administrator. Client portal access requires authentication.
How long it is kept
Intake submissions are retained while they remain relevant to a potential or active engagement, and client records are retained as needed for business and recordkeeping purposes. You may ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information you submitted, ask for corrections, or request deletion by emailing me. If you ask not to be contacted, I will stop reaching out.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage required for the site to function, including keeping you signed in to the client portal.
