Julianne “Julie” Harmon, SPHR, is a People and operations executive with more than 10 years of experience helping organizations build, scale, restructure, and strengthen their people functions.
I founded Harmonized Strategies to bring together two sides of my experience: helping professionals navigate the hiring process and helping small businesses create stronger, more sustainable workplaces.
My career has included serving as the senior-most HR leader, partnering directly with CEOs and executive teams, building multiple people functions from the ground up, supporting multi-state and international workforces, helping two companies double their headcount, and leading organizational initiatives that produced more than $5 million in annualized workforce efficiencies.
Because I have spent my career on the employer side of hiring, I understand how companies evaluate candidates, how recruiting decisions are made, and what growing businesses need from their people strategy. I bring that perspective to every client engagement.
